Munts & Pavlicek begleitet Sie bei Bauprojekten an historischen Objekten. Ich kann Sie je nach Bedarf über alle Etappen unterstützen: Bei der Suche nach dem geeigneten Objekt, bei der Recherche über die bauhistorischen und kulturellen Hintergründe des Gebäudes sowie bei der Planung des Umbaus. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem Architekten planen wir die zukünftige Nutzung, die Materialität und Funktionalität des Objektes. Gerne berate ich Sie auch beim Kauf von Kunstobjekten oder koordiniere für Sie das stimmige «Kunst am Bau-Projekt» und betreue die Umsetzung des ortspezifischen Auftragskunstwerkes.

Construction and Art Consulting

Munts & Pavlicek would be happy to provide assistance to you in your construction projects in historical structures. I am able to provide support according to your needs: with the search for a suitable building; research into the historical and cultural history of the structure; as well as with the planning of the renovation. Working closely with an architect, we will design the building’s future and make decisions on the necessary materials and the structure’s functionality. I am also happy to advise you on the purchase of artwork for the building, and/or to coordinate a harmonious “Art in Architecture” project and to manage the implementation of site-specific commissioned work.
